Dear H.W.
Tonight I faced a pile of 47 letters to answerI-
about ten days' accumulation. Yours is fifth: please
understand its brevity.
Executor: yes. I will do it, if 4k can be com-
pleted by April 1930, when my present life (R.A.F.)
ends. But you must be conscious younger than me,
and I should ask you to be mine: only I will not need
literary executors. It is a compliment if you to
ask me. Do not be bound to give effect to your
thought. I am not business-like.
This great frost goes on. I hope it will be
over by March: 4th, when I move to Plymouth. I'm
keeping your letter, with its dainty movement: so
that I can plan a ride to H. Devon some time when
I've settled in to the new camp.
Yours
T.E.
