Riding Lights
The substance of that report I sent you has gone to Coastal Area, over our C.O's signature; so if they send it on the point will be regularised. We have found them not a very good Post Office. Many good things wilt and die in the effort to get through them.
This report went about a week ago. Will you let me know if it does get through, in, say a month ?
Anti-fouling
We are now trying three parallel treatments:
(1) the standard R.A.F. red oxide colour
(2) the special R.A.F. Power Boat red oxide colour
(3) the Goodlass Wall Post Office red.
I like your special (2), so far, very well,
For (3) to beat it, it must last twice as long. Expect final report (to C/A. copy to you) in about 4 months time.
